Based on the photos, I was expecting a design that was more matte/understated. In reality, the case is very shiny and sparkly on the back, and may not be to everyone's taste. I ended up returning it.

This is a great little battery case and appears to double your time. But one important thing to remember is that with the extra battery attached the usb-c will not transfer data. It will only charge. You will have to remove the extra battery and plug it directly to your phone. Fortunately the battery pack is easy to remove and put back together, but it is something to consider.Took 2 stars off after 8 months since the battery is having intermittent problems charging. Will refuse to charge. Or it shows charging then stop charging. Have used a variety of chargers and cables in both home and car. The phone charges fine without the extended battery pack attached. Guessing a quality control issue.In addition note that because of the sloping sides the phone is easy to slip through the fingers when holding it by the sides and dropping it. The rubber is not sticky so it just slips out of the fingers. Whomever designed it really need to rethink this part of the design. If they just used squared off edges it would not have been a problem.Super Customer Service. I sent the request in by email describing the issue with the phone not charging anymore within a year of purchase (under warranty) and they sent a replacement out immediately. Five stars for the excellent response. Will definitely buy from them again.

The item will stop charging after a few months which sucks but it's only 25 dollars. It didn't come in on time why pay for prime if you can't stock to the schedule.

First off, $40 for a case like this? SCORE! I can't see paying more than that but it does exactly what it's supposed to do. It will let me go 2 or so days without needing to plug anything in. It's a bit heavy but overall weight with the phone in it is not much more than the rugged phone I had. Seems like it is easier to use the fingerprint scanner, probably opposite what most people say but it's really not inconvenient for me. The phone and the case are rapid charge. It says lasts 500 charges, which I'm assuming most people would upgrade phones and no longer have this case by the time you get anywhere near that number of uses. Great product!

I bought this because i searched for a wireless charging case for my Pixel 3aXL and this product is what came up. So that is more on Amazon then the seller. I should have done more research. If I had known it was not going to add wireless charging capabilities I would never have bought it especially for $39.99 but keep in mind that is my opinion. The case works well. Does make your phone fairly heavy and thick. I might recommend just buying an additional battery pack for the price, it would just depend on your preference.

It's a nice battery pack but you should know that your USB hookup to Android Auto will not function with this battery pack.

I have had 3 and all 3 lasted less than a year. They will replace them if they are under warranty, but the new one is no better than the first one.
