Incredibly effective!
I had purchased one of these some time ago, but never found time (or courage) to use it. Such a shame as after re-purchasing I am amazed at how effective it is. There is nothing 'gross' to worry about and nothing actually shot down my nasal passage :-) Just clean water and yet the difference in my nasal breathing is incredible. Whether the salty water dissolves any unwanted mucus I am unsure, I just know that I can breathe so much easier through my nostrils. 100% recommend this product.

Better nights sleep
Both my partner and I have tried these strips. She was often waking me in the night with snoring/heavy breathing. I can honestly say this has massively improved and I myself have been sleeping undisturbed.
