I purchased both the TruHeight Growth Gummies and the Growth Capsules for my nephew, and they’ve been a great combo! Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect but these capsules have been great. My son (7) is super active but a very picky eater so we're never sure he gets what he needs from normal diet. We started these about 2 weeks ago, and while I can’t claim a growth spurt just yet, I’ve definitely noticed he’s sleeping better and seems more energetic.He takes them without any fuss (huge plus!!), and I really like that they’ve got natural ingredients like ashwagandha and are endorsed by pediatricians. Bought the 3 bottle deal (60 capsules per bottle) for my teenage son to try. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. We put them on weekly pill boxes as we do with all vitamins/prescriptions. We were finishing organizing the first bottle and we noticed that one day had 1 pill (an even number). We counted a couple of times and sure enough we received 59 capsules. We then decided to count the capsules on the other 2 bottles. Second bottle had 60 (great!). Third bottle had 57! We fill a bit robbed. How does that happen? It makes me want to start counting everything I receive Lol. If we hadn’t distributed them on weekly pill boxes, we would have never known.We haven’t really tried the product in order to state whether it works or not.

I learned that you can get a tiny bit taller by working out, I workout regularly and took these with the hope that I'll grow an inch or two. No results at all, just wasted time and money.

The last 2 bottles we got were only 59 capsules, not 60. At first I thought it was just a mistake but this is a subscription so the next one delivered I counted as soon as we got the bottle ans it was still missing 1. Even though it’s nonrefundable I reached out to Amazon Customer Service and they refunded me for this last bottle. Now I’ve cancelled my subscription and don’t know what I will order instead, it’s such a niche product. But other than that it’s helped my son to grow taller in the beginning. Now it has slowed down or maybe stopped working. Maybe it’s a sign we should just stop buying it.
