I have been using HP computers since 1992 as well as printers. So, I can say that I have knowledge of this brand. I love it.

This is an awesome laptop me and my wife love it it’s a touched screen and the battery life is okay and it’s lightweight and as of this time I don’t have any issue with my laptop

The only reason I'm writing this review is to warn people to get an upgrade for decent webcam. The one that comes with mine (I paid like $775) has a terrible quality camera, even on the best settings. I like this laptop a lot for its big 15" touchscreen, but has it's drawbacks. The keyboard quit working within the first 6 months and tech support was able to fix it. Wish I'd have bought a laptop with back lit keys. Also, this is a bulky laptop, just FYI. It does have a lot of storage space and is fast enough for me--but not near as snappy as like a Macbook Air or whatever.

Love how sleek and thin it is, powers up quickly and picture quality is incredible. I do wish it had left click right click, but I got an external mouse to do those tasks

I think the other reviewers were too quick to write about this laptop. This computer is way too slow for any real applications. Takes forever to open files and it sounds like the fan is going to blow up. The fan is constantly struggling and whirls a really high pitch noise. Spend a little extra money for something more reliable.Update: The computer crashed completely and wont start at all. Read articles about BIOS! Computer is a total piece of junk and HP software is the worst. No customer support will be given on this laptop since it's an older model. Do NOT buy.

So freaking slow. It sucks. Slowest computer I've ever owned. Does not seem at all like the specs indicate.

After problems from the very beginning with this computer, it stopped working yesterday. I had to had it repaired only to find out one of the components was not solid state but a 10 year old obsolete part causing months of problems. Of course by the time it stopped working completely my warranty was up. The seller never bothered to do anything when I reported the problem just a few weeks after my purchase. I am more than disgusted by this experience!
