Sennheiser GSP 670 Premium Wireless Gaming Headset, Lag-Free Low-Latency and Bluetooth connection with Sennheiser 7.1 Surround Sound, Dual Audio and Chat Volume Control, PS4 + PC - Black

I was initially put off by the minority negative reviews. But i honestly think these people must have an agenda against Sennheiser, it's the only conclusion i can think of. But, I must point out that i bought these directly from Sennheiser so i may have a better batch to some of the users on here. But i feel compelled to leave this review as the 1 star reviews are simply unfair/untrue.After vigorous research (due to the negative user reviews on here), I bought these headphones based off expert reviews who all rate the headset as the best high end wireless headset you can buy (at the time of writing). I'm glad i took these reviews into consideration, as opposed to "user" reviews because the headset is simply fantastic, everything i expected from a German made product.The sound is simply incredible when using the correct preset for the correct scenario. For example, when using the Music preset, i'm able to clearly hear every instrument on the track, such as bass guitar, which is somewhat difficult to hear on low quality hardware (such as Apple ear buds).Using the movie preset, this enables 7.1 surround sound and i can clearly hear background noises, such as air-conditioning or background chatter.I didn't get on with the e-sport preset setting, which is very trebly for my taste, so for gaming i created a preset based on the microphone settings of e-sport and the movie preset for hearing.Speaking of the microphone, this is another area where this headset excels. Everyone who i've spoken to has complemented me on my audio quality, another thing i love is that there's no echos when other people talk as these cans do a great job of keeping audio in my ear cups and doesn't bleed through to my microphone.Some of the issues I've seen reported by users are simply not true. One example is that they complain of the range being poor, but it works in every room of my house as well as outside of my house. What more do these people want? for it to work down the street? people need to be realistic here.Another issue people have raised is the microphone quality, i just can't see why anyone would think these mics are poor, they're superior to anything i've used or heard. This must be a user error issue.
