I've only used for a couple of days but I can feel the difference in my knees so I'm going to check out the other products they offer mainly for the feet and ankles.

The silver and black balls arrived in good condition, but the disc was empty so there's no instructions on how to use them.

Apparently, you have to use this in order to see results. Can't leave it in the chair and feel guilty.

Introduced by my pilates instructor and I am sold on Yamuna balls and exercises.

Haven't used it yet--my doctor is trying a different therapy on my ailing knee for a couple more weeks. Once that problem is handled, I plan on using the kit every day. I've heard wonderful things about Yamuna's therapy for keeping the body loose and flexible. I watched the video and she is great at explaining why certain ailments develop in a body and how to rectify them. I only wish I'd known about this video before my knee developed into a problem. Time will tell. I'm also going to hire a Yamuna certified instructor in my area to help me correctly learn the procedure along with using the knee kit on my own time.

I have used my friends Yamuna ball and wanted my own. The product is fantastic. The way I am getting it not so good. I received from Amazon one little black ball with no invoice and the rest of the kit missing. Nobody got into my mail we were home. The order got split up and part 2 is nowhere to be found. There's no order number and nobody from Amazon has tried to contact me. On the other hand the Healthy Happy Long Life people have already got the right package on the way . They have been in touch me and are very gracious.

Service was prompt and as promised. I've only Used the tape a few times, but I can already see a difference.
