(Girls Will Be Boys): Excellent 1st layer; (Frog Prince): Nice, fun pink
Girls Will Be Boys: Feels almost gritty and dry going on, but once you're used to that, you notice that the color is faint and flattering, which is just what I was looking for. My lips have a fair bit of color, but it's not quite enough and not even. This fixes that. A top layer of plain chapstick or lipgloss of choice finishes it perfectly.I like the look of the tube too, taking out a cool silver/grey tube & stick. It looks OK by itself, super matte, but I like a moisturized feel so have to put another layer over it. I have clear chapstick on hand at all times, so it's a single minor step to go from feeling OK and looking shabby, to looking put-together and feeling OK too.Frog Prince: Feels great going on, and is definitely pink though not a bubblegum shade. I don't love pink things, so the outside of the tube is a bit chintzy for me, but putting on a green stick is amusing and a nice trick to show other people. The pink is attractive, and it has a nice smooth moisturizing feel. Doesn't seem to last long, so it's more like a gloss that way, than a lipstick. This one's going to live in my purse since the color is good and it's so much fun pulling it out.

Queen of the Lipsticks!
I love this lipstick! It comes packaged in a green and pink box, wrapped in a black cardboard cover. The lipstick case is a rose-gold, metallic pink in color. It's nice and compact in size. Now, while it's sold and packaged as a lipstick, I think it works more like a lip balm (I knew this was the case before I made this purchase, so no complaints in this regard). It goes on your lip like a lip balm, it's not shiny but gives your lips a moisturized, supple look and feel. The best part though is how the lipstick adjusts to the natural pink of your lips. It takes a few seconds after you initially put it on to notice the difference. And you can apply a couple of coats to really build color. The result is a natural pink that's translucent, and lets the underlying texture of your lips shine through. It's great for casual outings when you're not looking to dress up but need that extra something. It doesn't last as long and requires periodic re-application, but that's something I'd expect from a balm like lipstick!

Love the color. Love the gimmick!
Frog Prince: So I am on my third tube. This is my go-to because it adjusts nicely to my caramel-colored skin tone. It ihas a smooth glossy texture; nice moisture. Green lipstick--Definitely a conversation starter. Bought the gloss, but prefer the consistency of the lipstick better. Lipstick is not so sticky and had better wear. (Gave the gloss to my niece.)I have bought four others from the Lipstick Queen collection. (Two were from their matte line, which are just normal lipsticks.) I purchased all at Ulta because I needed to see them on since the adjusting colors may not work with your skin tone.I really like Ice Queen because it blends well with other lipsticks, adding frosted highlights. Mixes well with matte and gloss. I also like Sunshine Yellow for the summer. (It looks like lip balm in the tube, so I can reapply nonchalantly in public.) It turns a peachy pink that works for me. However, it looked awful on my sister. (We have different undertones in our lips/skin. Hello Sailor worked for her but not for me--no discernible color on my lips.)Lipstick Queen is quality fun! But start at the store.

For fun, but maybe not for every day
Fun product! The lipstick comes in a pink metal tube, which is very nice. The outer packaging is cute and the green color of the lipstick inside is a fun conversation starter. It does not have a bothersome taste. The lipstick goes on smoothly, is hydrating, and stays on a good length of time. It is not like a traditional lipstick, however, the color turns pink as you apply it and keeps turning linker until it reaches its full shade. If you apply it heavily, it will at even darker. The color is pretty bright on my skin tone (I am fair skinned) and the color is very pink. I think it's fun, but It's not an every day color for me. Still, I am middle aged and I think a wide range of ages can wear this lipstick. I like to put a little lip balm under it to mute the effect slightly, or apply a complimentary shade on top.In my opinion ,it is too expensive for what it is, but it is fun and it should last a long time.

No regrets here!
I never wear lipstick. Never. I'm more of a Burt's Bees lip balm kind of girl. Or Carnex. But THIS. This is a totally different animal. The color is a ridiculous shade of green. Which makes me think of Shrek. Whom I love. But anyway. I'm 46, and have bought more lipstick that wasn't right for me, that at this point they owe ME. THIS IS MY HOLY GRAIL. It's creamy, it's smooth, it's moisturizing. And it turns PINK. My shade is in between rose and hot pink. And it suits me perfectly. The heavens opened and I sent texts to all of my girlfriends. Love it so much, I bought the matching lipgloss. Which has green-that-turns-to-pink micro glitter. It's amazing too. My only complaint is that I definitely need to wear a clear or nude lipliner so it doesn't feather. But that's me, not the lipstick. Buy it. It will make you happy.

Incredibly Flattering Personalized Shade, Worth the Splurge!
I had heard about this lipstick a few years ago but for the price I waited since I’m not a lipstick wearer. If only I had known how truly amazing this lipstick is I would not have waited. When it arrived, I tried it on immediately & fell so in love with my shade that I insisted on two other family members trying it on for themselves and they both got slightly different shades of pink from me but the color was flattering on them as well. It’s a great universal soft pink, natural looking lipstick color. It is super soft on your lips and lasts for hours.
