Lemon units
Bought this back in 2018, and upon initial plug in, heard a crack and smoke billowed. Pulled off the cover and found large scorch mark and burned wire. Apparently this model had a large failure rate and was discontinued relatively quickly, from what I can find. Company not amenable to replacements and forced to pay out of pocket for local repair, which was unsuccessful.

This is more modern looking than the other AC units, but still ugly, and still manages to stick out farther than I wish it did. But it works very well, can give you blue lips in minutes, and is extremely quiet.

Wall master or wall shaker.
First one failed after a day of use. Unfortunately the customer waited 3 weeks to inform me. It has a 30 day return policy. So I barely was able to swap it for a new one. After that you have to get a local factory repairman to fix it. After speaking with him I learned he doesn't want the work because he had trouble being paid by the factory. Also is noisy.

Do your homework before buying AC units!!
Well all I can say is make sure you don't get mislead by the name "wallmaster". A friend of mine bought it and mounted it about 7 feet off the floor in an office and then found out is a floor model designed for a below the window install. Now it's up so high he can't adjust the louvers down towards the floor. They only adjust up. The air just goes up onto the Acoustic ceiling tile. Up Up and away they should call this air conditioner. But it is quiet and it cools nicely.
