If I buy today would I get and oil harvest 18months or less?? I need to know the batch date, not expedition

The batch date is L.192060 and the expiration is on 12/01/2021 for the ATSAS Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

It’s so hot in Az that when i received my product the bottle was so hot i couldn’t even touch it , is my evoo garbage now? It was only in mailbox 1hr

hi, heat and sunlight for sure are enemies of food generally and olive oil . At this time of the year its inevitable that even if we ship fast at gourmet groceries with Dhl Express only and pack also some insulating material ( carton ribbon ) around the products , that at some point and some deliveries the temperature will rise . this if not for long periods of time does affect the quality but not a lot . if the temperature was so high the cork would have popped out and oil would spill and even in this case oil would be good for consuming but due to oxidisation the quality would be more compromised. just think that at supermarkets that are not 24 hour , the temperature drops and rises daily and there the quality is compromised much more.... so i would fel 100 % ok that your olive oil is really ok to be used !

What is the polyphenol level in this specific product (silver label)?

for Atsas Silver Label its 2268mg/kg and for our Gold Limited Edition ( found on another page ) 3277mg/kg

so question...this olive oil taste almost rancid/bitter/harsh like and i would assume its bad? is it suppose to taste this way
