I had what doctors call a "bone spur" to where I was hobbling, not limping from the pain. According to Dr. Joel Wallach, I took this calcium (not all created equal), along with the selenium and within a week ALL the pain was gone, and has not been back. Also gave these to a friend with bone spurs in which he told his doctor what I told him. His doctor gave him Tums w/calcium (big mistake, Tums has aluminum which binds calcium). Anyway, friend took these w/selenium after surgery and his doctor was even amazed at the results of his calcium levels when friend went back for regular checkup.
