So I ordered this bluetooth after getting disappointed fom mivi 10W(moonstone) for 1649/- and thie turned out to be a very good speaker.Bluetooth Connectivity : with Bluetooth 4.2 your phone's battery might drain out sooner than a few bluetooth speakers which have Bluetooth 5.0. Apart from this drawback, connectivity is great.Sound Quality: I have been using the speaker for past 7 days and tested in multiple modes, i.e. High-Low-Medium volumes, but I've noticed that speaker does good job until 80% volume, after that I feel the distortion and noise which is very common for any budget speaker. For a room 20X20 I believe that the speaker will do it's job, moreover it has 2X5w speakers that are faced 180° so it's a big advantage over traditional speakers which have unidirectional ones.Portability : the rugged design and small size make it way easier to carry around. Fabric mesh has a soft touch which many people don't like; it's subjective.Overall the speaker is worth the money, lives upto the name 'sound drum'.

Yesterday morning I placed order for this product after 2 days research on Google and Amazon. The very evening the product was delivered. After unboxing and few pages of manual reading, I was successful in connecting my iPhone via bluetooth. The sound is really good at low volume ( I am not a high volume listener). Radio also works fine. Though the inbuilt antenna is not very powerful, few stations run good. USB drive works fine. Controls are good. The build quality is also assuring.Overall the product seems good after 1 day of use. Will post another review after 10 - 15 days use.Cons : Bluetooth keeps dropping every 10 secs.

It keep disconnecting from any device i connect it to, be it phone or a laptop.Got replacement after several follow up with portronic direct support email, i got the replacement after 4-5 months which is considerably long time, in which they once gave me the keyboard instead of speaker which shows how great is their support.They replacement i got is giving me same issue again, i have just raised another mail request with them which only 6 days left in the warranty due to their delay in the first place.I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone

Sound quality has been degraded than it was in the time of launch.

The protonics soundrum gives u a best in built quality but has a con it doesn't offer u a strap to carry.The bass is decent it can be heavily boosted by using any Equalizer otherwise it has poor bass.The battery backup is awesome if u use it for 3 hours a day at 70percent volume it will give u a battery backup of about 4 days🔥🔥🔥.Bluetooth connectivity has no issues but slightly depends on device with which it is connected.Overall if u get this deal at 1600 or less than this it is a good value for money.

Happy about the customer service.
