No, it does not, it has Iron. A great product without the calcium, in my opinion.

how much blackstrap molassess powder does this contain? it is not stated on the newer bottle. i have an older bottle and it states 17 mg.

Did some research and found that bad cramping with your menses is most likely the lose of iron through blood. So, I purchased these for 2 people, 1 with excruciating cramps and one with an iron deficiency. Worked well for both. The cramps? Went away as soon as it hit the blood stream. So if you're digestive track is normal that could be as quickly as 30 minutes. If not then an hour or so. Cheaper on their website BUT whoever is in charge over there has done away with free shipping without a mandatory amount spent. Hence me buying it on Amazon.Getting a good iron chewable iron tablet and a bottle of blackstrap molasses will also help.

I've been taking these for two months my iron was low. I can't tolerate many high dose iron supplements they give me racing heart beat and raise my blood pressure. This supplement is super easy on my stomach, caused me no constipation and raised my levels in a month. However, I'm going through perimenopause and I started to have periods twice a month so I'm raising my dose to two per day to see if that helps. Will update after labs in going to the hematologist. I should say total iron was up but TIBC was high and ferritin was 15 which was one point below range so even with all of that not too bad at all.

Worked ok

I was hoping the iron in this was chelated like the combo of blackstrap molasses and chelated iron I used to take. I've had anemia all my life and the molasses and chelated iron helped. Did not notice the lift I normally get from taking it with this product.

Taking for over a year

I can tell my energy levels have gone up with this product and it is easy on my stomach. I never experience any constipation like I have with other iron pills. I also used to buy iron complexes but this seems to help the best. I have taken this for over a year and I can really tell a difference! I take with vitamin c or a multivitamin that has vitamin c for best absorption.
