How long isn’t this dress?

It's the length of a blouse. I wouldn't consider it a dress at all

I would say it is. It fit really well. I'm normally a 16 on top and 18 on bottom and it was perfect. Im also 5' 10"

Does this fit true to size? I was going to order the 3x/4x. I normally wear a size 20 jeans.

Runs really small I usually wear a 2x bought the 3/4x to be loose and it was tight on me
