I'm a post menopausal woman who was suddenly experiencing a lot of inconvenient but really problematic symptoms, one of which was severe bloating. I was down to eating one meal a day because I always felt full. Turns out, bloating is one of a constellation of symptoms of menopause. I started coming across more menopause research, and I learned about this supplement. I find that my stomach actually feels calmer when I take it, for lack of a better word. You can take with or without food, and you keep it in the refrigerator. I experience no side effects or after taste from it. It has helped with my bloating and digestion overall, but I'm now on HRT which did most of the heavy lifting on my symptoms. I still reach for this from time to time and it always helps. I've been taking these everyday for 3 months so it's time I write this review. About 9 months ago I had gotten a severe UTI. I did the standard go to the doctor procedure, and they gave me antibiotics and sent me home. The antibiotics did nothing and this game with the doctors giving me antibiotic after antibiotic went on for about 3 months of absolute agony. I was also suffering from yeast infections at the same time. Then after I found out my urinary infection turned into a staff infection I went to see a Urologist specialist. She too, gave me antibiotics and sent me home time after time, at this point I'd been sick with a UTI for 6 months. I really cannot explain the pain I was experiencing everyday, month after month. I was completely raw, I burned so badly, and also my butt became irritated from the bacteria and would bleed when I used the bathroom. It was enough to send me off the edge emotionally. The doctors were only making me sicker with antibiotics, they did nothing to help me, I lived in despair and pain. Then I started researching, found that probiotics could help, found Garden of life, Vaginal care probiotics. Little did I know I was going to get my life back thanks to these. It took me a month to not feel burning and my butt healed. Second month all itching and pain stopped. Now at the third month, experiencing no more UTI or yeast infection symptoms, I can actually be intimate with my husband again!! I cannot thank you enough for this product. It gave me my life back. Recommend by my midwife. These are the only probiotics that I know of that you can remove from the capsule to take without compromising your results. For people like me that can't swallow pills this is a game changer. The powder tastes like Cheerios. Theres so many probiotics out there, but most of them are a waste of money.

Normal for me has always been Miralax, stool softener and magnesium daily. I was advised to try Garden of Life, as a likely cause my problem could be lack of good bacteria in the gut. To my amazement, all three of the meds I was taking for the problem were replaced by a daily dose of Garden of Life Probiotic 85 billion. I have never felt better. I will buy a bottle each month. I keep in the refrigerator.

Doctor recommended this medical product, along with several other products, to me, and the illness does seem to have cleared, thank goodness. It’s certainly more convenient than the cranberry pills which are big, and want taking three times a day. More palatable than the organic unsweetened cranberry juice which tastes much too tart. Much more palatable than the latest prescription antibiotic, a very bitter tasting pill. It is pricey, at a buck a pill, but it seems to be part of the solution, and I am grateful.
