I've been taking this and the other bovine collagen peptides from Sports Research for several months. I originally just used the Bovine, but decided to add the multi for my aging skin. I have to say that it was a great addition. I have seen benefits in my skin, hair and nails. Prior to using any collagen, my hair was thinning terribly and my nails were always brittle or peeling due to my autoimmune conditions. I can truly say that adding the multi really has helped. In fact, I tested it and quit for a few weeks and tried another multi from a decent brand that ran a special discount. It was a mistake :(. This one works for me, so I added it back to my routine.

I ordered this product excited for the extra variety of collagen plus the Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. However.I opened this to find it somehow burnt open??? So I messaged the company. They had me send it back for testing because they said it should not ever look like that. They sent me a new container and I'm thankful. I did get to now try the product and it does not have the same taste as just marine collagen where I don't even notice it in my coffee! This I can taste so I have lowered the amount I use due to this... I will be going to back to marine collagen and take my other vitamins separately. I appreciate the company's help in further investigating the product for safe consumption and replaced it right away.
