How do you know when to change cartridge

When the dial gets to the end of the red area on the dial, insert new cartridge and reset to 100.

What cartridges fit this please

I have only used Aquaphor ones which are very successsful.

How do I set the reset button

Holding the jug handle in your right hand, feel along the edge of the dial with your left and you will find a lower area in the rim. Use this to reset the dial to 100.
