Great quality, very affordable
I looked for a long time before stumbling upon this headset. The other options were either way too expensive or way too cheap. The price point on this is unbelievable for what you get. I paid $15. Great sound quality with an adjustable wheel. The mute option is perfect and works great as a double measure if you accidentally forget to mute yourself during a conference call. The material is very durable. I don't work in a call center so I can't speak to long term use but I will say that these are comfortable to wear for long periods. I got them for teleconferences that I frequently have to be on during the week and can't use speaker phone in my work area. It has saved me from many neck cramps and sweaty hands from having to hold my phone to my ear before. Plus now I can actually type or write while I'm on the call. The only thing that is annoying but easily fixed is that when the cord passes over something like a desk or gets bumped, the sound travels straight to the headset and is amplified. An easy fix is to clip the cord to your shirt or place a small towel or something soft under or around the cord if you do a lot of moving while using this headset. Overall, I highly recommend!!

I knew I was buying something that was cheap and was pretty dispensable. I had intended to use it for as long as it managed to function. It came in a small box and it was tightly packed so that was nice I guess. The cardboard box itself is a little flimsy but again this thing is so cheap and is made of such kind of plastic crap that you can't really expect much. anyway long story short I took this to work hooked it up to the telephone and was excited to see if I could save some time and comfort for answering calls all day. This thing absolutely sucks. It's not that it doesn't work and it's not that it doesn't function. It is that it just sucks. It's finicky it's light it's gross feeling it's too big and too small at the same time. The microphone boom thingy is literally just feels like you're breaking it whenever you move it even though it's specifically designed so that you can move it to be appropriately placed from your mouth. The recording sounds so bad. And the speakers sound so bad. I knew it was going to be this bad but the microphone quality in particular was disappointing. The big problem for me the biggest problem out of everything. Is that this thing is quiet. Now I want you to understand very clearly that I use this on exactly one office telephone. And I gave up fiddling with it very quickly. No more than 10 minutes. But in that time the microphone would rapidly go up and down in volume and it just sounded awful when I was checking it against my personal phones voicemail. and then I don't know if I was using it correctly or not but I was trying to figure out the volume rocker that's included and I also tried the headset without the volume rocker and it just seemed like this thing was incredibly quiet. Also to mention I do think I might have some element of hearing problems so the idea that it's quiet might just be me. I also just hear things that are like muffled even though nothing's actually muffled. I think I'm dying. At least I am on the inside. I'd suggest that if you want to use this thing you try it with caution. I was lucky enough to be able to return it and got my money back. I don't want a bad mouth the people who make this or the suppliers. But in my experience it was just from the get-go not good. I hope you have a really great day guys seriously just have a great day

So far, so good!
I've only had these for a few days, but so far I love them! I got them because my job provided single ear headsets and I have a litte hearing loss. The sound from the provided ones wasn't loud enough and at times I was struggling to hear the reps we have to talk to.The sound on this new headset is much louder than I expected, which is awesome! My office phone wasn't included on the list of phones the headset is compatible with (which I didn't realize until I had already purchased it) so I was worried they wouldn't work. However, they work great and I don't have to use the adapter either! I do feel like they're noise canceling, from my experience so far. With time, I'll be able to see how durable they are. I have high hopes, but even if they break there is a warranty, which is nice. (If they do end up breaking, I'll update my review.)I have a ton of hair, so the metal part of the headset doesn't bother me at all. My only complaint is that the ear cups are a little small, but that's not a big deal at all to me.Overall, I think this was a great purchase for the price! I'm glad I found them!

Cheap, Effective, but not the highest quality
The AGPtEK headset was exactly what I needed for my job. An easy hands free device that allows me to not strain my neck answering phone calls all day. The headphones don't cover my ears enough, reducing its noise cancelling ability. The sound quality isn't the greatest, but it's understandable. The "volume" controls are a bit counter intuitive... there's a giant slider that goes from 1 to 8 as volume. As it turns out, it controls the volume of your own voice.. 8 being the softest and 1 being the loudest. That seemed backwards to me. There is a separate turn knob to control the incoming volume that wasn't obvious until I read the manual. All in all, it's good enough for me to pay for, knowing that it wasn't likely to be the best thing out there. I didn't want to spend all of my own money on something that was top end. So if you're looking for a quick and cheap solution, then this headset is all you need. I do not regret the purchase.
