Purchased this vacuum for our camper. Used it 2 times and now it won't turn on or charge. Contacted Moosoo and they said it wasn't their problem since I didn't buy directly from them.

you need to charge the it to often, I am not happy at all about this product and I can not return it because I thought I still have time.

This little vaccum is 2 times better and times inexpensiev than a famous brand one which I was not very happy with. The customer service is also excellent. I sent an email to the cusotmer service cos the brush had stopped working. I received a custermized email in a few days explaing what I should do, i.e. fix the alighment of the dust well, before buying a new bursh... I did that ... and the bursh started working again.
