We recommend using white table sugar for priming or you can purchase dextrose/priming sugar to prime your beer when bottling, this recipe kit does not come with caps. Cheers

Can i use this recipe for 1 galon each time by divide the products by 5. If yes how best to preserve it? Should i freeze the rest?

You could. But be aware: 1 - Dividing everything by 5 makes any minor errors in your measurements more critical (1/2 oz in 15 is less important than 1/2 oz in 3). 2 - You will need a way to keep all the ingredients fresh & sterilized between brews, they are sterile now but once opened you introduce possible contaminants (ESPECIALY important for yeast since it is never boiled). I'd suggest you might be better off just buying the smaller batch brew kits that are available.

The 5 gallons (Ingredient kit) the package of ingredients are divided by gallon or its only one big package

It would be almost impossible to break down the kit contents into 1 gallon batches, you really have to make the whole 5 gallons at once. The contents aren't packaged in gallon amounts. I hope this helps. By the way it's really good beer!

Why will some of these recipes ship to my house and not others?

It probably depends on the size of your mailbox package receptacles and/or whether they're all in use when you receive the package. I've noted the same thing. Also, some come with malt extract and others with the gran for the malt, which makes the package much larger.
