No, the antenna are for picking up the mobile data network. Both antenna ports can be plugged into a mimo external antenna for greater range and a more reliable connection.

Can this be used/installed with 12V in a camper van?

The router runs off 12v dc so yes is the simple answer. It will however perform better from a regulated dc supply so if the camper van doesn't have regulated dc then I would recommend using an inverter and the psu supplied with the router when purchased

can you disable the wifi and just use ethernet?

Hi yes you can just go into router settings 192.168.8.1 on browser and turn WiFi off.

The "External" antennas which are included, are they for use outside, and are cables included?

The external antennas are used for indoors. Great reception and makes a difference. Don't forget to switch internal settings on the router to 4G only (faster/locked) network and external antennas only.
