I really like this digital photo frame. It is a large size and the photo looks better on this frame than if I would have printed it. Seeing my photos on this frame is like looking at them for the first time. A few things to note before purchase, this frame is for displaying photos in landscape mode, not portrait. That is not that big of a deal because the display area is so large, it still displays well. If you want to set it up in portrait mode, the stand does not support that. It may be possible if you were hanging it. I don't know if the photos would rotate correctly. Also, one of the advertising pics made me think you could display multiple photos at once with this frame, splitting the screen. That does not seem to be a feature, just a misunderstanding on my part. I am glad I went with this frame. It is great quality for the price and a huge upgrade over the previous digital frame I had. I would purchase this again.

I bought this frame as a gift for my husband for our anniversary. He has loved it and gets comments from co-workers how much they love seeing the pictures. We have been able to load hundreds of pictures onto the SD card with room to spare and he lets it shuffle through them all as a slideshow. The picture quality is great for most of the pictures, but there are some that appear as grainy and distorted. However, that may be a picture quality issue and not an issue with the frame. One very minor design flaw that he pointed out to me is that with the time format set at 12-hour, when the time goes from 11:59AM to noon, the frame displays it as 12:00AM instead of 12:00PM. But that is easy to ignore :)After owning the frame for a couple of months and it working perfectly all that time, there suddenly began to be a flaw in the screen. A flashing line about 1/4 of an inch wide started to constantly appear down the entire right side of the screen. Thankfully, I activated the product warranty on the manufacturer's website. When I went to the website, I was able to immediately chat with a customer service agent that helped me quickly resolve the issue! Because of the 1-year warranty, they are shipping me a replacement frame! I am very pleased with this product and how well they helped me when an issue arose!!

I found the operation of the remote and digital frame - very easy to use - the instructions were clear and simple. This is my first digital frame. 10 inches is the best size after much research. The price is excellent - as I have been looking at these for almost 3 years before finally ordering one. I love the remote feature - and how quickly it was shipped to me. It is also an extra plus to get a 'free gift' of a 16GB Flash Drive. In the instructions - it's important to note - only FLASH DRIVES 32 GB or smaller are compatible with this digital frame - that's about 3000-4000 photo's! There are also navigation button on the back of the frame. The STANDARD size setting worked best with my photo's and all photo's flipped correctly to be viewed beautifully. There is a year warranty - so how could you go wrong? It beautifully auto rotates photo's and it was very easy to remove the protective film for the screen as there was a tab to pull.

This is a great digital picture frame. It is a quick assemble and connect to a flash drive. Buttons on the back or using the remote is simple. If there is a downside to this (which really isn't so bad) is the remote sensor on the frame is below the screen. If there is something the sensor, the frame won't pick up the signal from the remote. Used this 2 days at a craft show to display our inventory, in addition to what we had on display. It was very helpful to show our customers things they may have missed and search for any items in the file (displays a smaller picture) rather than having to toggle through every picture. Very versatile and looking forward to using it again at our next event and adding Christmas music.

UPDATE! I activated the warranty with the manufacturer and they gave me a free 32gb SD card! I was in such a hurry to get this ready for my Mother that I didn't see the warranty paperwork. So buying a separate SD card is unnecessary as this unit included a free one.I got this as a gift from my sisters and I for my Mother. She has Alzheimer's and I thought it would be good for her to see the grandkids on a digital picture frame.I bought a 32gb memory card from Transcend (also from Amazon) and loaded up some test pictures. I LOVE this thing! You can adjust the delay in picture changes, have on screen clock and date, set a schedule so it's only on when you are awake and even play videos... WITH SOUND! Yes it has a speaker! I'm not sure who needs to watch a movie on this, but it actually can. I made a small video of the frame and, being an engineer, decided to torture test the picture frame.I uploaded a 4k video clip taken with an LG V35 thinQ Alexa edition. (Yes, also from Amazon)Well not only did it play the video, it was smooth and the audio was in sync. I have seen older laptops that couldn't play 4k video clips... This is a picture frame, A PICTURE FRAME!Anyway, back to what it's actually designed for. The pictures swap out smoothly with virtually no artifacts. I enabled the clock and date for my mother and have since loaded about 150 pictures into the SD card. I can't wait to see her reaction on her birthday.

This digital photo frame is made of cheap plastic, the remote as well. In the box, it says we can get a free USB stick. But when I reached to get it, oops, no more USB stick! Instead, I have been offered a $5 gift card IF and only IF I was to write a positive review of the item... This is false publicity and black mailing! Shame on you DBPower!!! To add to this cheap plastic digital photo frame, the settings in the remote do not work that well: you can select the amount of time you want the photo to stay on the screen. I selected 5 seconds. Well, sometimes it stays 3 seconds, sometimes 15 seconds. This is one thing I found out as soon as I turned it on the first day. With time, I might find other things not work well... Also that frame is OVER PRICED for the cheap quality!
