Useful
I used this for an overnight trip, which turned out to be sleeping on a wooden floor in -2 conditions with draughts from the door to the open air (long story - ghost hunt - not allowed to shut the door). By the time I was ready to get in the sleeping bag I couldn't feel my toes, my feet were so cold. The sleeping bag uses your own body heat, so it took around 15 to 20 minutes to feel my toes again - as feet are furthest away from the main body heat, but it did come back. At 5ft 10, I found the sleeping bag fitted perfectly, and I was able to pull the toggle to pull the hood around my head. Noticeably I woke at one point with my nose freezing cold, while the rest of me was fine.In the morning, I folded the bag lengthwise and rolled it back up, and surprisingly, it went back into the bag with no problems. It was light to carry, and ideal for the situation.

A good bag for a good price.
I was hovering between a 3 or a 4 star rating, but the low price tipped it to a 4. The bag is thick and warm, and with a bit of effort, compacts down to a size small enough to fit in the sleeping bag pouch on my rucksack. The inner is soft and comfortable, the outer is waterproof. Stitching seems generally good with a few suspect areas that will probably come undone eventually, but nothing a sewing kit can't sort out. My main gripe is that the bag is small. I'm a 5ft 9in male of medium build, and it felt on its limit in terms of length and width. This means that if tossing and turning in the night, the zip can start to slide open because of the tension. I also found the hood wouldn't close up around my head and neck as much as my old sleeping bag, an essential part of keeping warm in winter. However, the small number of flaws this sleeping bag presents, are negated by the exceptionally low price. For that reason I can't be too harsh on it, and overall I had some great sleeps in it during my Pennine Way backpacking trip (as long as I lay still all night at least!).

not a 3-4 season sleeping bag
Having now tried this sleeping bag out I was very disappointed. It looks nice its light and compact but not warm enough for Autumn weather. It only went down to 10 degrees C, but I have not been so cold in a sleeping bag before and unfortunately didn't sleep at all. This is a summer sleeping bag

Nice bag!
This bag is for my son. I was surprised at how thin it is and almost sent it back straight away. I can't believe that it really can be a 3/4 season bag. 2/3 possibly - however, we used it for the first time this weekend (May bank holiday) and my son said that he wasn't cold. So - it is at least warm enough for summer sleeping. The inside of the bag is lovely and soft. The zips run really well. The shape of the hood is really good too - not too big like it is on a lot of bags. It's also surprisingly light (especially if it really is 3/4 season) and packs down nicely. I'm still waiting to see whether it really will be warm enough later on in the year but it seems to be ok for summer camping and my son loves it.

Tested outdoors in 4*C weather.
Pro's:- Very compact- Really great price- Great quality- Stayed warm in 4*C weather wearing just a tshirt insideCon's:- I wouldn't go lower then 4*C without combining it with a blanket or sweater inside.- It's a bit hard to zip up from the inside, but this is hardly a critique since it uses it compact space inside to maximize the warmth.

Warm but good luck packing up!
Tried overnight on camping - it’s warm enough, zips up well. Only knocked one star off as once unfolded it’s very hard to get it compact enough to fit in the bag provided again.

Fits my needs
Bought this to fit in one man Bivvy tent while travelling on the motorbike, ideal fit and also well insulated for normal use.Bonus can use as a mattress in hot countries, so got no complaints here. Now repacking, well that's a different story, but you get there.

Great for the price!
So, as a family we have taken up camping. I have had plenty of sleeping bags in my time with my job and I have to say. For £29.99 this sleeping bag is fantastic.Adding to why:First, I have used a sleeping system of the same material and build as to this one. I can assure you I was comfortable at - 2/3c with a ground mat.Second, my missus deals with fabric daily and her response was 'Ohhh that's soooo warm and light'. Bearing in mind I did get her to get in it and check it was the right size. She immediately snuggled into it.Overall performance has not been tested, but I would highly recommend it due to experience. It's not going to withstand - 40c in Canada or Mount Everest but it will keep you comfy spring / summer and early winter.Pros:>Great build quality>'It's so snuggly!'>A decent weight and packs well, into a decent daysack/back pack.Cons:From experience, DO NOT WASH ON HIGHER THAN 40c and keep the spin on a low and let it drip dry outside or in dry room. It will bunch up!
