so much better than w/o it!
I’ve had lacrosse balls for massage and always struggled with how to use them effectively on my neck area - it could be done but not without contortions to get enough pressure. Not relaxing. This made it -so easy-. Put the lacrosse balls in, lay back, and let gravity and your positioning do the work. Lots of options for placing the balls to work whatever sections of you neck you need to.

Good at first
At first, wonderful, but after a few weeks the netting ripped and the balls deflated

Relaxes neck and face muscle that are in pain or in spasm
I don't like writing reviews but am doing a quick one here because this product actually works. The fact that it has indentations on it allows the balls to sit properly which means you can simply rest your face or neck on it without the annoyance of having to try and position your body to keep the balls in place. If you have a full blown migraine then it's too late but if you feel a little niggle or have neck tension just take some time out to lie on it and release your neck tension. It has indentations on both sides to allow for release of different areas of the neck - the occipitals, splenius, sternocleidomastoid, scalenes, masseters, upper trapezius - all the muscles that hurt. I have tried electrical massagers but they don't have the control of this device; they're noisy and they make me feel sick. This product puts you back in control of where the pressure is placed; it's quiet and doesn't take up much space - an ingenious little product.

I like the automatic massagers better for that
I had to return this. I am not sure how this is supposed to help massage, it only gets a small area of your neck and head. I like the automatic massagers better for that. I did follow the instructional videos.

Two thumbs up
This puppy actually does a pretty good job of releasing trigger points all up and down the cervical spine and around the occipital pole of the cranium region. I would recommend this product as it has helped me to relieve all kinds of Pain and potential suffering from tension and the like.

Well designed and it works
I've been using this neck track for 2 weeks and so far it has helped me recover from my workouts and a little pain I started to feel after a bad posture while sleeping in one of my commutes.I love how simple it looks yet it is well designed and works very well. I've found this is a nice complement to my massage roller (not from Deep Recovery, although their's could also be good). I like that in the instructional video they mention how you can adapt the medium-sized neck track if you need a little more height without purchasing the larger version. Also, I've been learning a little about physiotherapy and massaging and this will surely be useful in my learning process. I will recommend this to a friend who recently had neck vertebra herniation and required medical intervention (not surgery, luckily), since she likely got that from bad posture habits and I'm not sure how quickly she would change them, but in the meantime, this will certainly be helpful for her as well.

Great tool for self myofascial release!
I have only been using this 3 days and I am impressed. The initially results have been good. I have suffered from back and neck pain for years and I'm always on the lookout for something to help. I have many products that give relief- but I think I just found a big help for my neck. This is like giving yourself a massage- a great massage. I've been using the body track with the baby blue soft ball that sold in the 3 piece set. And the neck track with the Lacrosse Ball set. Not only does it feel good when you are treating yourself; but all day long I continue to feel the release. It really helped me get my neck pain under control. Actually, I think you could start out with just the body track and the massage ball set (soft, medium, firm) and get relief. But I use the neck track too for great occipital release. Thanks for inventing a great tool.
