Bleeds heavily on all paper types.
Bleeds through everything. Worse than the blackest black inks. Ironically, the color saturation is not great so you don't get a beautiful color line when writing. I have no idea how to utilize this ink. Even the modest $6 was too much. I will try to return. So very disappointing. I was searching for that beautiful Diamine Coral. This is not a substitute. Beware.

Light color, behavior depends on pen
All ink / pen combinations behave differently.I've used this ink with a PILOT Metropolitan Collection and a Silver Chrome Scriveiner Fountain Pen, both medium nib. The PILOT is a stainless steel nib while the Scriveiner is an iridium tipped nib.The Scriveiner deposits more ink than the PILOT and is smoother overall with this ink but both are suitable. There's no clogging and there's no issue with stopping. The most important aspect is the color. It's a bright orange but not neon such that it can be difficult to read in poor lighting but it's very easy to read in bright or natural light. I tend to do most of my writing in the early morning or late evening though so good lighting isn't always available. If you're looking for orange, this certainly works. If you're looking for an everyday ink, maybe choose a darker color.Overall, good ink though.

Good quality ink
I'm by no means an expert in calligraphy or fountain pen inks, so please take this into consideration with my review. The color in the jar is absolutely amazing. On paper though, it dries to a fairly lighter shade that is still quite readable on darker/creme colored papers, but on plain white it's somewhat difficult to read.Flow-wise it's incredibly smooth, enough so that I used it to sign Christmas cards instead of a ballpoint pen. If you're looking for low cost, but quite usable ink, I'd recommend using these.

No good: Ink coagulates and solidifies as residue around nib.
The ink constantly solidifies into residue bits that collect around the nib section. This 'drying up' results on eventually clogging the pen's mechanism and can possibly cause long-term damage to the pen's nib section. Do not buy. I basically had to wash out the pen completely and refill it with a different brand before it gunked up my expensive parker pen. No good. Do not buy.

Sunset Orange ink is perfect!
I love this ink and the beautiful bottle really displays and complements it. It is best for underlining and perhaps even highlighting because it is such a light, bright color. If you want to write paragraphs, you will want a medium nib (at least). I love it and it is perfect for what I wanted. I'm not sure why converters are being sold from the same page because that makes the reviews all screwy but I love this INK and I will buy other colors!

First time. Only time
First time. Only time. I will not buy another bottle of Dryden Designs ink, The ink had black flecks floating around in it. No way would I load a pen with this knowing that it would clog the feed. I love their pens, but I will not trust their ink.
