Very disappointed. Keyboard was not backlit and it looked like the LED display was damaged. I returned it for a refund.

Horrible Customer service from Nextbook
Horrible Customer service from Nextbook. Craptop wouldn't power up and this is a known problem witht their malfunctioning battery pack. They actually say that if you charge your laptop for longer than 4 hours that you damage your battery, What? So set your alarm for 3AM so you can unplug your laptop. After returning the unit it has taken over 4 weeks for them to send a replacement and they say it is coming from the manufacture. Sure because everyone is having to return under warranty. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! Buy a more reputable brand.
