The only hookah you will ever need!
This is the the best hookah stem you will ever find hands down. It takes four hoses and has a grommets. Trust me buy it. It has not rusted on me. Its very large and will need a large 24 vase atleast or one with a big mouth and rather long. Trust me its worth the wait. It is mostly metal and can be taken apart. It is quality construction. I would buy again but I dont need another. All my friends want it. Just buy it and wait awhile for the shipping its worth it

Great stem
My buddies always come over to smoke so I bought this stem over a year ago and it's still holding up just fine. The downstem is a bit thin compared to what I was used to, but it's still a 4 hose stem with a nice wide ashtray and my TXH hoses fit perfectly.
