It is breathable. I wear it as a sun protector too.

Q: Are the sleeves smooth or does it have a print on the inside of the fabric that may potentially leave a mark on your arms?

The design on the inside is even more pronounced and will leave indentations on your skin.

Q: The largest part of my arms is 14inches. What size would that correspond to?

The special facilitating activated by your motor micro solid tissue is a micro-massage of the upper limbs and stimulates microcirculation for effective liquid drainage.
The active micromassage of the tissue, along with the graduated compression of approx.25/30 mmHg, supports the venous return and lymphatic drainage and is therefore suitable for severe cases of Lipoedema or lymphedema of the upper limbs after mastectomy injuries.
