Pitted Prunes - French Premium Pitted Prunes - Natural Dried Prunes (500)

Good

I like prunes and am tired of having to buy from supermarkets in what seem to me ridiculously small quantities, at exhorbitant prices. These are excellent value. They arrived well packed and have all the flavour prunes normally have. I always stew mine (in fact, just microwave in water for a few minutes at half power) but I suppose for people who wish to eat straight from the packet, these are not quite as soft as the top quality supermarket purchase. However, that is irrelevant for me, so I am very pleased and shall undoubtedly order again in due course. One warning - the occasional prune DOES still contain a stone which has evaded the stoning process!

Prunes were of good quality, taste was a little bitter for some and almost all were soft and juicy, I did discover one whole stone sadly and only a few others had slight stone fragments which isnt bad for a whole kilo bag imho, will happily buy again once ive tried a few other brands

I have ordered these several times now, and the quality has always been very good. They have always arrived on time and well packaged. Would thoroughly recommend these French prunes for cooking, snacking or adding to breakfast cereal.

Luscious, sweet, decent sized prunes! They come in a resealable bag, which is a good thickness and actually does reseal. Arrived well packaged and quickly. I will definitely buy these again.

Good to have the prunes pitted. Not quite as sticky, large and rich as the ones we buy in France. However an excellent substitute an enjoyed.

Disappointed with this purchase, wouldn’t call them premium, wouldn’t buy again

I eat lots of prunes and these do have an excellent flavour, are moist and chewy. Marked them down by one star as I have had some with bits of broken stone in them. May have been just unlucky!
