The description says 250ml 18 count. What I received was one 500ml bottle. The product is good but it would help to know what exactly you're getting.

I am so glad that I found this at Amazon. I’ve looked everywhere Walmart, Smith’s Market Place, Walgreens, CVS and nothing…I use this sodium chloride (mild) *(which is 0,9% ) to wash my baby nose when she is sick so that way she can breathe especially during the night plus it’s moisture her nostrils. It is a safe and good product. I liked it. I think it’s a must have to have at home.

Used for wound care. Container was handy for keeping the solution sterile which was a necessity in this case.

Amazon presents this product as a set of 18 Irrigation Solution, which I assumed would be a set of 18 small, single-use bottles. But it's actually one bottle by itself, which is mislabelled. The label on the bottle also says "Set of 18..." So I am not sure how to interpret the fact that it's a single bottle. Either it's been separated from the other 17 in the set, which is not cool -- or it's a mislabelled product, which is also not cool, because that could mean ANYTHING might be inside the bottle. If the product differs so completely from what is advertised on Amazon, how can I trust that it's also sterile, or that it's the saline solution it's supposed to be. Just know that if you order this product, you are not getting any set of 18 anything! I threw it out, because I had bought it for wound dressing, de-briding, and other medical uses. If it's so mislabelled, I would not trust using it on anyone I love. I hope Amazon can look into the discrepancy between what is shown and what is actually sold.
