be careful with softgels.
purchased by mistake, noted the capsule was a softgel. I reacted to the softgel by tongue swelling. May be good for some but not for myself, I react to some componet of the softgel itself. Will be careful not make this purchase again. I believe life extension is a good company, and will purchase future products.

Life Extension is one of the best brand names for vitamins and supplementation. Milk Thistle will aid in the protection of the liver. Please research online. Multivitamins will not contain a thorough amount if at all.Appreciation of Amazon for having an excellent choice of the better vitamins available for it's customers.They are very well priced and actually lower than the manufacturer's site.
