High-quality, perfect fat to add to meals!
Honestly, this is a great find. Beef tallow is one of the healthiest fats, only issue is when you buy in small jars at the grocery store it can be really expensive. I was looking for a healthy fat to add to my meals. This is so cheap, lasted me a long time, and NEVER GOT RANCID even after many many months. Beef tallow (in general) doesn't even require refrigeration. Always smelled great, never rancid. I've had lots of gut issues in the past, zero reactions ever to this. So I just add a tbsp or two to a meal to up my healthy fat content, and it's great. No complaints so far, have gone through 2 whole tubs of these over the past couple years. Don't usually write reviews, but saw this only has about 700 reviews as I'm re-ordering, and want to encourage anyone paleo or animal-based or low-carb, or even just the standard American-diet housewife, this is a great kitchen staple!

Healthy Fat
I absolutely love this beef tallow! It’s 100% grass-fed and finished, which really makes a difference in both flavor and quality. I’ve used it for cooking, baking, and frying, and it never disappoints. It adds a rich, savory taste to everything from roasted vegetables to homemade fries, and it’s perfect for searing meats. The texture is smooth, and it melts beautifully without any weird aftertaste. Plus, knowing it’s food-grade gives me peace of mind about using it in my kitchen. I’ve reordered several times because it’s become a staple in my pantry. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a natural, nutrient-dense cooking fat!

Wonderful
Great taste and aroma. At just over six dollars a pound the price is a terrific bargain. Beef tallo from the grocery store runs around 20 dollars a pound.

Repeat Customer
I'm on my second bucket and I absolutely love this beef tallow. I have been cooking with it regularly, but I also make skin care products with it that have been muscle tested and found to be clean high-quality. I do make tallow balm, but I even use this like a gloss. It is so high in vitamins that anytime I've started to get a cold sore, I start putting tallow on my lips and it nourishes my lips to the point that a cold sore never breaks through the skin. Both buckets that I have received have been firm and clean looking. No chemical smells or Crisco like consistency as a few have reported.

A very great 😃 product
Absolute game changer! We fried for the first time in many years; french fries, Navajo Indian fry bread, onion rings and chicken! The smell is amazing; the beefy accent flavors just add an extra bang to your food. It fries very clean, and it doesn't smell bad like certain vegetable oils can.My cast iron skillet is loving this; it's almost like a natural seasoning for it.As for this specific product; it comes in a nice bucket with a handle; very sturdy, the tallow is very clean and well rendered. I will definitely be buying more from this seller. It is a great price for what you get; which is becoming less and less to say these days. This is a great product and I don't have hardly anything to say negative about; and I personally can't think of one.Ditch your seed oils, and load up on this product!

Good, pure product in a 2 gallon bucket. Clean, white Tallow.
This is my first time buying Tallow from this brand. It comes in a 2 gallon size bucket. The tallow is white and pure with hardly any smell. I use it for cooking as an alternative to seed oil or olive oil. I'm trying to shift over completely to keto / carnivore. So my choices are pasture raised cultured butter and organic tallow or lard. This product melts very quickly and I commonly use it for making keto fried chicken. I use chickpea flour with seasonings, beaten egg wash and chicken breast and melt enough tallow into a tall pan to immerse the battered chicken fully in the hot liquified tallow. I also use the tallow to pan fry steak in my cast iron skillet instead of using olive oil. I also make personal pan pizza in the skillet and use the tallow to grease the pan before pouring in the dough, which I make Socca (Lebanese flatbread with sesame seeds) using chickpea flour. The tallow has worked great for all these recipes. The tallow seems to store well at room temperature in it's resealable bucket. I can definitely see myself ordering this product again.

Extremely Hard To Open
Had a slightly perfume type smell when I opened it. I double checked that it was for cooking, not skin care. There was no smell when cooking, no off flavor. But opening a food container should not require a trip to the tool drawer. My current plan is to let it sit in the sink with hot water, get it all out of that bucket, melt it down and put in a more easily opened container(s).
