Perfect for pizzas
I used it for making some pizzas and it does the job really well. Keep it in the fridge with the lid on after the first usage and throw it away after ~3 months.

Miles better than Tesco active yeast!
So probably like you, I got into making pizza.Decided to splash out of more expensive bits. This is a nobrainer- awesome yeast the results are like comparing the Grand Canyon to your local quarry.Boss mode yeast for awesome pizza.Pictures show 3g yeast in 1100g of 00 flour!

Keep in the fridge
Great for pizzas - get a good rise but make sure you follow the instructions on the tin. I use 5g and a 8 hour ferment. You do need to keep it in the fridge and use within 6-8 weeks or your dough won't rise as effectively.

Great
This is a lot of yeast (3 tubs). It is good value and useful as I can’t find yeast in most shops.

My pizza dough was like Lazarus. Risen from the dead
Bought this to go with my Caputo 00 pizza dough as wasn't getting great results from UK dry yeast.Wow, what a difference. The dough really took off and I was amazed at both how quickly it expanded and by how much.Even n the fridge, it worked and I have plenty of nice dough for 2 pizas. Also tastes great, much better than UK yeasts.Recommended
