A nice simple build
Just started a lego project and this fits in nicely. the build is easy enough. Was 2 pieces missing but luckily i had spares. All arrived in good condition and sealed not the 1st time lego had missing parts, but they (lego) will post them to you free of charge. Bit of a wait though.Overall i am very happy, there is quite a bit of detail for such a modular. it fits on a single 32x32 base plate.Cant wait to start the next one, the jazz club. (wife said i cant open it before xmas ☹️)

Modular building
If you love Lego and don't have a budget the modular sets are fantastic, the extra detail won't be matched, however once you have one you'll want more, the buildings are fantastic. Before getting involved make sure you limit yourself! You won't regret it

Great set, lots of lovely little details
I really enjoyed building this, it's a great set with lots of lovely little details, like the moby brick book that opens

Impulse buy!
I have 4 LEGO Creator modular buildings, so I probably didn't need this. However I saw it available via Amazon EU for £20 less than the UK price. I had some vouchers as well - so took the plunge. It took about 5 days for delivery (but arrived a day earlier that I was expecting). Product in mint condition, and usual Amazon packaging and secure delivery. A star off 5 simply because as much as I enjoy these buildings, they are still very overpriced at full RRP.

Good fun but a few pieces missing
This was a lot of fun. Although the packets were sealed there were about 5 pieces missing which I've had to send off for. Frustrating when it's such an expensive product

An object of beauty
This is an easy build that ends up looking really beautiful. It looks great on my Lego Street.Pros:- The bookshop balcony lifts off easily to give access to the ground floor- The bookshop interiors are very pleasing to the eye. Nice details.- The back wall of the bookshop's top floor bedroom can be easily removed for easy access- The living room of the house is pretty.- The crawl space of the house is interesting.- The top floor bedroom of the house is lovely.- The back wall of the top floor bedroom in the house can be easily removed for easy access- Both building exteriors are beautifulCons:- There are no minifig standing spots on the bookshop's ground floor.- The birch tree mostly gets in the way and obscures the bookshop.- The back-gardens are mostly empty- The cramped interiors mean that there is no scope to add anything or do much with the minifigs e.g. The cramped interior of the house means that minifigs can only really sit and drink tea. This is the other extreme to the Petshop modular building set which are quite empty inside.
