Top of the line quality and prices!!!
Outstanding and super fresh spices from this company! Iowa USA small company with impeccable standards. Their prices are lower than most other “ quality” brands and come excellently packed in bubble wrap to protect the glass bottles! I buy everything they have . I’m not going to bother trying other brands because this company has great organic top quality spices! I hope they continue to add more varieties.

Great product and flavor but....
Great product and flavor, but the size of the holes in the plastic sprinkler are too small to let the seasonings through! I dry my own herbs so I save many bottles, etc.. so I was able to find a top that the openings were larger to let the herbs through. Please make the holes larger in the plastic sprinkler!

Good tasting herbs, very classical Provence taste
I really love herbs de Provence and it's probably the spice that I use the most--delicious with scrambled eggs and with home fries. There is no particular recipe for these herbs, of course, the mix really depends on the company. This particular brand does taste authentic, and has a good mix of herbs. I prefer there to be more lavender and some brands do go pretty heavy on lavender. This mix does have lavender, but it's not highly pronounced. While I like the taste (this is the first time I've used it, but I've been using it for three or four weeks), I still prefer another the Victoria Gourmet brand Herbes de Provence - 3.6 oz Jar - Flavorful French Seasoning - Victoria Gourmet. Just a matter of personal taste though, these are quite good. I'm glad these are organic and I buy organic herbs any time I have the option. (By the way, whenever you're buying mixes like herbs de Provence, keep an eye out for salt content--some makers do sneak it in--which is fine as long as you know it.)My only complaint with these herbs is the plastic cap at the top of the bottle. You have to pry it off to get the paper/foil seal under it off the jar and when I tried to pry it up, the flap of the plastic seal went flying, so it no longer keeps them as fresh. Now that I know that that might happen, I'll be more careful next time (yes, I will buy these again) and it's no big deal, but I'm mentioning it so someone else might be more careful, that's all. I'm not particularly gentle with jars. :)
