If I want a sweet snacks, I always eat dried dates, figs and dried pears. This time I thought I try dried bananas. So healthy and taste better than candy and baked snacks. Yum!
These are my favorite dried bananas. They are very moist, a bit sticky, even. And chewy. Sort of a banana-bread texture. Not like typical dried bananas.
