I have a selection of these for each baking sheet pan. They are good quality, perfect size for each pan, washable and reusable over and over. they don't slip, fit the pan's baking capacity just right, and provide a nice surface for baking and such within reasonable oven temps. Also great to use in the sheet pans along with the racks as an easy to clean catch-all while cookies, muffins, pies, and other items cool.

We have a coffee system, L'Or, which from some design flaw leaks on the counter, we use these underneath to prevent damage to the counter.

Saves the trouble of cutting out parchment sheets. Adds a little to cleanup; can't be stood on edge in the dishwasher. Sticks in place to the aluminum baking sheet; likes to get wavy as the silicone expands in the heat of the oven and lifts up in between the cookies weighing it down though to prevent it from moving freely on the sheet.

This is a perfect size for me and it cleans well in the dishwasher. I find it very useful in using it in the “OVEN” for baking cookies at “350 degrees.”Word of caution: I advise you NOT to use this in the toaster oven to bake because it’s very close to heating element. “Other than that …. This silicon mat is great for its baking ability, sticks well on the baking pan, and easy to use.

I have several sets of baking cups of all shapes and sizes from The Silicone Kitchen, which I LOVE! So I did not hesitate to expand my collection with these silicone baking mats. Unfortunately, I am one of those customers who received a set of mats that do not lie flat while baking; so the cookies come out misshaped and not baked evenly. I am extremely disappointed! I purchased these in July 2024, and have used them twice with same result. Strangely, I do not see a “return” option for this product provided in my Amazon account orders page. I may be beyond the return window. So IF you are thinking about purchasing these particular mats, be sure to use them immediately to determine if you have a defective item.

The baking mats are a thick flexible silicone. They stop overbrowning on the bottoms. Do be aware that they keep things from sticking. Don't turn too quickly with the cookie sheet of freshly baked biscuits. I was rushing and managed to sling a couple of biscuits onto the floor.I have them in both sizes and use them constantly.

These silicone matts caught my eye due to the fact they look so classy. I love the look of them and decided to give them a go. They work wonders and are easy to clean.
