Health O Meter LCD Floor Scale 397 lbs. / 180 kg Capacity

I read all the reviews here before buying. It’s very easy to use and fast! I prefer to stick with Health O Meter, since that’s what I often see at medical offices and have had good results at home, too, in the past... I find the brand to be accurate, in general. This one is accurate as well. It uses (and came with) one lithium cell battery. It’s white and plain looking, as the reviews say, but does its main job well (which is the most important part of all). I like that it’s a “professional” scale that’s used in some medical offices—which makes me think it’s durable, long lasting, as well as accurate. That’s what sold me. The white costs significantly less than the black one (from another vendor), same model, so that’s why I chose white from here. I believe if u want high quality, often times, it would cost more. Since I’m on a diet & need to lose a decent amount, I looked for a high quality, durable, accurate scale, which is this one. And it doesn’t take up much space, either. It’s easy to clean, so the white color is fine. And as I stated earlier, as soon as I step on, I get a reading almost immediately, & it stays on the screen for 10 seconds thereafter. The number is fixed; it doesn’t fluctuate wildly like other scales. Be sure to keep this scale on a flat surface, always (says so in the manual) to prolong its lifespan. There’s no “memory,” mode, which I’m glad about; I could do without it (so I have privacy). I am satisfied.

Scale is working just fine. No complaints on performance. Have tested it and found it accurate. Construction and finish are quite acceptable. Our complaint relates to its color. Descriptions on the net don't say the color. You must rely on the photos. As it turned out, the scale is quite white. We didn't want that. The photos on the net make it appear to be more of an egg shell to a light bisque. We'll live with it. Hope you like white if you buy one.

You have to lift it up to turn it on. Each time I use it I have to step on it several times. If I get the same number twice I go with it. This is the second Health o meter that I have purchased. The first was great, this one is awful! I thought I was buying the same one but when it arrived it wasn’t. Very disappointed.

Keep track of weihht

To get the scale to come on you have to pick it up and put it back on the floor. Foot pressure (per instructions) don’t work at any place on the top of the scale. Large or older people would find this very hard to do if they aren’t flexible.

Came quicker then anticipated. Works great.

This scale has not been accurate since we bought it. If you step on the top to start the scale it makes the acale imbalanced and doesn't weigh accurately. Missed the return deadline because of vacation or it would have ben returned.
