The guitar was a big hit for my 12-month-olds birthday. She loves Blues Clues and has learned so much from watching the show. The theme song is her favorite song to listen to right now.

Everyone saying it doesn't play all the sounds are wrong. There is a switch on the back for On, Off, and Try Me. When the guitar is in Try Me mode, all the buttons do the same thing. You have to switch it to On for it to work correctly. There is a little bit of a tinny noise, but it doesn't bother my two year old.

Sturdy, volume is great. Size is smaller than expected.

This was a favorite toy for Christmas. The child played with this one toy all day. He loved it

i purchased this item for my child who is 3 1/2. He enjoys music and musical instruments. It is somewhat small so definetly recommend for a child 1-3yrs old hes going to outgrow it very soon since its small but its ok i will just donate it to local non profit to help children with issues with speech. I totally recommend it. It is light weight requires batteries. it came with them but youll have to change them out soon after fyi.

Great toy, my two year old loves to play with it and pretend he's playing guitar hero with his dad. (It kind of looks like a baby version of the guitar hero guitars.) the only problem for me is that you can't control the volume and sometimes it's too loud for me.
