Is it possible that the canopy poles were mislabeled, I assembled as instructed but feel like the poles are backwards?

Ours were also mislabeled so we switched them (reverse of instructions) and they were fine after the switch.

Does this seat arrive in 2 or 3 boxes?

3 boxes - the boxes are numbered 1 of __, 2 of __, etc. but the third box usually arrives a few days later. Love mine - enjoy!

Can I get replacement cushions?
