So Far, Love It
I received this yesterday and after reading some reviews that say the slicing of the meat isn't even, I didn't find that to be so. My meat was semi-frozen. Actually, it was completely frozen but I defrosted it halfway so it was still halfway frozen and sliced about 2 pounds of beef pillars for my Ramen stir-fry. I tried it at super thin and 2 notches bigger (not sure what this measurement is) and all my beef sliced evenly, even the beef that was completely thawed out.You have to apply consistent pressure to the meat guard, which isn't hard. But having the meat semi-frozen really helps ensure even slices. The thing to adjust the thickness is a dial and easy to use.For cleanup, the blade easily comes out, but I would think you would need to put some lubricant into what keeps it in place. The motor is not super, super strong, but I wouldn't expect that with a slicer in this price range but it works for slicing meat for stir-frys. The rest of the slicer minus the meat guard are not removable so you can wipe this down with soap and maybe a hot towel and dry it.It's quite a simple slicer, which I like and reminds me of the slicer my dad had in his butcher shop, just costing thousands less, smaller and not quite as fancy. Time will tell if this will hold up, but I did buy an extended warranty. I have been trying to register my product on the Aicok site, but when I press SUBMIT, nothing happens. Their SUBMIT button doesn't work either from my laptop or on my phone so it's the website's issue. And, I love that this slicer isn't HUGE and it fit perfectly in my pantry shelf. It was the only area that I could store it. The slicer I had wanted is 4x the price of this one and would not fit in this space. I hope I'm happy with this slicer and that I can get additional blades when I need them.

just not very good
the title pretty much covers my experience with the slicer so far. when cutting meat, I have yet to get a slice that is the same thickness on both sides--thin to thick every time. it's impossible to cut very thin slices. the back side (thick) tears instead of slices, leaving the meat uneven (which compounds the thin to thick slicing). the tray is wobbly, the arm is wobbly, the cuts are wobbly. the one positive I've found so far is that it is very easy to clean. I'm giving it one more try tomorrow, but I'm not optimistic about the slicer's future in our house.

A basic house slicer meet the need
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I did not want to pay too much for a professional slicer, a house house one is enough for my family. This sliver meets my need with a reasonable price. Today I tired with lion, works well, and Not noisy. Easy to set-up, use and reasonable easy to clean. Happy with overall.

Great product! Save money, simple and easy use, quick to clean. Strongly recommend.
We bought this product so we could save money buying bulk meat. So far, we’ve already saved at least $15 on several pounds of meat—and it all shaved easily without any hand cramps. Setup and action are intuitive and easy, but the cleanup is a little tedious. Even so, the parts are simple to move so the cleaning process is as easy as it could be (I’d prefer to just throw it in the dish washer but my girlfriend says that’s a bad idea with electronics. I said “why? I wash my laptop in there all time and it’s super clean!” but she doubted me. She was right though. I’ve never actually put my laptop in the dishwasher because that’d be stupid. However, now the fight was in full force and i had to prove myself right so i grabbed her laptop and threw it in there and ran it on pots and pans / steam dry. Her laptop melted, so I owe her a new one I guess. But I still think I won because, melted though it is, the laptop is indeed clean even if I need to spend $500 on a new one. Luckily, I’m going to use this meat slicer to save money on bulk meat and my losses will be recouped in just a year or so! I had to wash the slicer by hand, but it only took a couple minutes anyway. Probably not worth a fight but that’s just our dynamic and I wouldn’t change it for the world). Great product! Save money, simple and easy use, quick to clean. Strongly recommend.

Good for family use
As hot pot lover, my family really need a meat slicer to slice lamb shoulders cause it’s too expensive to buy it in restaurant($15 per lbs). Our friend got one from Costco, it’s good but too heavy, so I’m looking for a light weight one. This one is perfect for me, cheaper than the Costco one, light weight, and has stickers under the machine that made it very stable when in use. The suction power is good, good enough for family use, and it is easy to clean. I would like to recommend it!

good meat slicer
I have always wanted a meat slicer since all of our family love hotpot. With the meat slicer, we can make hotpot anytime. This slicer is a lot quicker to use than a knife. And it is easier to clean, usually I use a Q-tip to clean the meat in the corner. The most cool design is the sucker in the bottom, I guess it is because the blade is too sharp, and the sucker can help to stable the slicer and make the slicer works much more efficiently.

Not easy to clean
I bought this slicer because it was difficult to control the thickness of the slices on my old one. This one is much better in that regard. It is, however, much more difficult to clean. The motor is encased in a housing and the whole thing is not immersible. Only the blade and the pusher is capable of being removed and cleaned separately. With the rest of it you have to do the best you can with a wet rag and paper towel.

Useless as received. Problem kind of resolved.
The blade was dull, really dull. Never been sharpened. Contacted their support 3 times, no response. Poor product and poor support. They finally contacted me about my problem. Sent a new slicer. It's just as dull if not duller. Tried it on a 1.5" salami stick. It cut it but motor slowed. I guess for what I paid I shouldn't expect too much and that is what I got. Bottom line is that it is probably worth the price but for $50 more you can get a way better one.
