Primrose oil gel caps are very effective and are taste free

I am trying to take a few supplements to get on top of any hormone imbalances the future might hold. I was always advised to take primrose oil and this was the best quality, least expensive one I could find. I take it at night and, along with a few other supplements it seems to help me sleep so I wake up with more energy in the morning. It’s hard for me to know if it helps my skin as I lead a pretty healthy life overall, but I have heard it’s good for that. Also, while I don’t have joint pain myself, I have some dancer colleagues who swear by primrose oil for joint pain relief. I hate swallowing pills but these go down to easy.

This is my favorite supplement for women's reproductive and sexual health. I come back to this time and time again whenever I'm experiencing issues with hormones, menstruation, pcos, acne, after miscarriage, getting back on track after giving birth, hair loss, getting things working down there in general 😉, and more. It usually works within a week if not immediately for me in every instance.

I have a lung disease that affects my liver which in turn makes me itch. This helps with that.
