Q: Can you Daisy Chain, link, Connect the 1000 and 2000 bags together to make a 3000 collection set up?

I don't think it is intended for that but after looking at the ones I had for my dad, you should be able to as long as you keep the top bag open so it can flow into the bottom bag.

Q: Can it be used laying down?

It can be used lying down but it leaks. It does catch some which makes clean up easier but I needed something to catch everything.

Q: (Female) Pee won't go in bag, comes out hole in top of cup. Tube is clear, open and slanted down. What is the issue?

The hole in the top is for you to blow air into the bag the bag then close it otherwise you will create a vacuum. Absolutely they need to include the instructions in English!
