Super helpful!
Overall five stars! These really helped with my morning sickness. Now it didn’t always make it just go away but it made a big difference in how I felt. I used these mostly in the first two trimesters and then I no longer needed them. I love how it also comes with a case that is easy to keep in your purse. They taste pretty good as well.

Helps, can’t use too often irritates mouth
This works to stop mild/moderate morning sickness. The flavors are good, and it is sour the whole time (one of my issues with sour candy is that it usually goes sweet at the end)Unfortunately it does have bubbles in it that become sharp as it melts. That with the citric acid causes your mouth to get sore if you use it too much. I try to limit it to 2 a day, but can do 3 or 4 in an emergency.

These work
I don't know how they work. They are sour so, in my mind, it seems like that would make the nausea worse. But, they don't make it worse. They weirdly work great. Buying a second batch. I'm not going to question it at this point, I'm just grateful they help.

Great sour taste, but not great for sensitive teeth/gums!
Just wanted to give a heads up that if you have sensitive teeth or gums this might not work for you. I have a very sensitive mouth, even more it seems with being pregnant (gums for sure) and even though I loved the sour flavor of these and that they did seem to make me feel better (at least when sucking on one) I only was able to have 3 max because my mouth just was too sensitive afterwards. I couldn’t have anything sour (citrus) or sweet. Felt I might have been making more cavities on top of my cavities lol. I have really bad teeth/gums. So I’m sad, but I did also try sea bands and those seem to help me with nausea. Not a cure but a huge relief/makes it easier when I have them on. My sympathy goes out to anyone going through the nauseous route. Stay strong!
