I waited until this dropped to $17 before I picked it up, and I'm glad I did. Very similar to Smash Up's Big Geeky Box, this is basically an empty box with 3 dividers and some foam to hold all current expansions and probably all future expansions as well. It does include a Deluxe deck (supports two players), the Final Frontier minipak, and plastic separators for current expansions (Pixel Tactics 1-5, Seven Sisters, Argent University, and Price of Victory). I assume future expansions (Bomberman) will have plastic separators included.It also includes rules for 2-vs-2 and tournament play, although you will need additional decks to use them. There are also some extra cards that are exclusively used in tournament play, which I have yet to use.I love having the Deluxe box, and you will too if you're interested in collecting the expansions of a great game from Level99. Is it worth $30? Probably not, but definitely $15-20 considering the expansions go for around $12. If you're interested in learning about the game play, I suggest checking out Level99's website for videos. I personally Love this game. People I play with tend to complain about keeping track of all the powers of every character, but I don't think it's any more complicated than Smash Up, which I haven't heard any complaints about yet (and in my opinion is actually more confusing at times).

I love Pixel Tactics! If you like games like Chess, Checker and games that require strategy with an even playing field this game is for you! I've played this game a bunch of times with friends and family and still I haven't gone through all the Leaders in this Deluxe set. What more can I say... Buy IT!

So, my thinking: I'm an avid collector and expansion-buyer. So, seeing this, I thought: perfect! I'll get 1 of the game and then have room to put all the other expansions I inevitably buy. This is a game you want 1 small box of. This thing... This thing is for after you've bought your 3rd or so. It doesn't fit anywhere and there's nothing I want to do with it. Get a small box first, see if you like it.

This box holds everything you need to cart around all 5 previously released parts to this game, plus all their pieces. I seriously hated having to keep track of 5 small boxes, 10 decks of cards, and a million pieces. This helps. It gets rid of the boxes. Oh, and it comes with other cool stuff.

Excellent purchase for anybody who played any of the Pixel Tactics and is looking for more! Includes many variants to keep things interesting, an entire set of new cards, and storage space for everything this game has ever put out.

Received this as a gift:- Great artwork- Can be fit into a very portable deck box- Quite a lot of variety- Affordable and quickI personally felt that only being able to take 2 actions per turn was too restrictive. Ultimately, the game is not very different from any game that involves moving things around and attacking each other. Personally I prefer to play Summoner Wars or something with miniatures.

Awesome package holds all the cards currently out sleeved with room for more, wish it had a designated spot for tokens or some sort of token organizer though.
