;Frustrating things: 1. The instruction manual didn't provide the steps to put up the decorative balls so I had to guess. I created a system to expedite the process. The square hooks are to hang the balls on the fan in the end. 2. My husband had to read the description listed on amazon to find the battery type (A23) for the remote and go purchase at the store. 3. There is a chain connected to the fan that wasn't mentioned in the manual. We assumed it's used to help support the fan while installing but it didn't tell us what to do with it. Cut or remove. 4. We didn't realize it used an international bulb (E14) until we started installing so be sure to purchase ahead. The results were worth it all.

This ceiling fan is gorgeous 😍. I love how chic it is. The remote control is very convenient and works well. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because is not easy to install. The cristal balls are really hard to install and it comes with very little to none instructions. My husband is a handyman and it took him a while to get it done. Also the remote control does not come with batteries and I had a hard time finding them at Home Depot.The actual ceiling fan box was well packed, but Amazon put the box inside a bigger box and didn't packed it up well and small piece of glass was broken. I didn't want to go through the trouble of taking the ceiling fan down to request a replacement so my husband fixed himself. I didn't make a big deal about it because it was very small and I can't even tell where was fixed. Amazon needs to be more careful packaging fragile products. Besides that I love it and I would definitely recommend it.

So, I put this fan in my room because my bedroom theme is Glam Room. I love the fan so much. It was an easy install. It’s extremely beautiful and fit in with my decor. The fan is super quiet, so if you are used to using fans for white noise…. You won’t get white noise from this. I do wish that the fan would go fast on high, but seriously with the speed it have, it pushes a lot of air down. Like I said, only thing I miss is the white noise lol. Definitely worth the purchase.

1. I didn’t get the model that I ordered.2. Fan is only a great decorative thing but doesn’t work like a fan.3. Yes, you need to get the lights for the fan and battery for the remote. ( which I find it little annoying as we are paying $200 for it)

Arrived on time but with multiple damaged parts. I contacted customer service and someone promised to send the exact broken pieces that I provided pictures of but I have not received anything or heard any more. It would look good if it were whole. I second another comment that points out you WILL have to use the new bracket - the remote receiver is too big to fit in the standard bracket that you probably have installed already.

Purchased for my living room and it is gorgeous. My friend installed for me and it was tedious. Used a 6 foot down rod and it changed the whole room.

Overall very pretty. I don’t like the way the remote brain slides into the mount. Wiring makes it difficult to get it in there, so I mounted mine outside. Also would prefer to have a fan reverse on the remote. This one does not.

The media could not be loaded.  This fandelier is really beautiful…it’s quiet…set up seemed easy…my Super put it up without even having to read the directions…the air it blows is amazing…it’s over the dining table and u can also feel the air while sitting on the couch. I normally don’t even write reviews but I always check them before buying something…so that’s why I had to share this one! Almost forgot…it also came with everything it was suppose to come with remote…chandelier pieces…EVERYTHING! Yeah u have to get a battery for the remote and 3 lil lightbulbs…the daylight ones…got that from Home Depot…it was cheaper there.
