What is diameter of the pipe and the tips??

Pipe is 2.5inch Tips are 4 3/4 inch

Is this a direct bolt on replacement?

It is supposed to be. The pipes fit mine quite well, and I was able to reuse the factory exhaust hangers. The only part I had a problem with was the replacement bolts that shipped with it. The bolts were a size too large and would not fit. I suggest holding onto your original bolts and reusing them, other than that it works perfectly fine.

Do these fit a 2023 q50?

I’d say it’s very likely it would fit.
