Great product and great price for a white board this size
This has worked marvelously. I homeschool and wanted a large writing space for my wall. After applying it to the wall, I've used it nearly every day with no problems.I read that one reviewer (on another peel and stick white board by Writeboard) said it doesn't erase well with any marker except the one they sent. This has not been my experience. It erases beautifully with the cheap dry erase markers I've been using since running out of ink with their fancy dry erase marker.It has not fallen or come "unstuck" in spite of the fact that we applied it over some damaged sheet rock (the paint had peeled due to removing something that was actually glued to the wall, and had some pretty big holes where the former owners of the house used hollow wall screws to hold something up).It took 3 people to apply easily, but if you are willing to follow the directions it can be done with 2. But why do that if you have 3 people available. I definitely recommend you read the directions and follow them.

Will damage walls
I had this product placed on a wall for about a year. When I went to remove it using their recommendations for a hair dryer and pulling at 180 degrees several areas of paint and/or drywall were removed with it.
