The service was excellent. The product arrived on time and well packaged. 5 star service.I would rate the actual product as a 3 or 4 star. So far I have come across one pen that had broken plastic in the top making it unusable and most of the pens need to have the screw on tip tightened before use or you run the risk of them breaking as well.The mixed ink pens have the colors so far apart that it is impossible to get the rainbow effect which is what those pens are for. In addition the other inks have either duplicated or other colors so close you can see no difference making the actual selection of colors nowhere near the 60 claimed.On the plus side they are much better than other gel pens I have used which feel scratchy when using while these pens have a smooth ink laydown making them much easier and pleasant to work with. The fine tips make them better to use in intricate drawings and great for the small areas in coloring.I highly recommend having a piece of scratch paper of the same finish and weight of your work page to test the pens. Firstly because the "seal" on the ink needs to be broken. They will not color on the first couple of lines. Secondly and more importantly to try out the color because it does not always look like the ink in the barrel or on the top of the pen.I like to relax by coloring in adult coloring books. In the past I have only done these in colored pencil which allows me much greater freedom to blend and makes for a softer overall look. These pens are a bright bold change that will be excellent for some of the pages that I want to stand out.All things considered not a bad investment.I would like to add that Arteza has been extremely helpful. Each step of the way from order to post delivery customer support they have been outstanding. I highly recommend this seller as they go above and beyond what one might expect to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Love the variety of colors! Also, these seem to not smudge as much as my previous gel pens. Highly recommend if you needs lots of colors for a variety of paper projects!

These pens have such cute colors! Some of these flow easily when coloring, and others are a bit thinner, but they still work well. I colored a few pages already and noticed a few pens came brand new that do not work or have very little ink left as if they were used. I asked for a return of the product and got to keep the old pack for free while still getting the new ones shipped or me which is really cool of them. The size are regular sized gel pens and they’re quite similar to regular pens when coloring and writing, comfort wise.

This wasn't my first time purchasing Arteza products so I knew when buying that I wouldn't be disappointed and I definitely was not. This set of 60 gel pens has a nice mix of colors and types, it includes a few glitter, a few metallic, a few pastel, and some regular basic gel pens. They are very light weight, I don't know if that means that they don't have a lot of ink in them or if its just the way the body is made but they are lighter than a Gelly Roll and several other brands I have bought before . That said they seem to work good, they covered a large area in my artwork without appearing streaky or without losing ink flow. For the cost and the mix you get it's worth giving these a shot although I'd prefer a larger variety in the future.

I love color and am always the most colorful one in my family. Whenever I color or make greeting cards, which I sell, I love to use glitter and color. I love gel pens but sometimes they don't work all the time. I have some that have lots of gel in them but they don't work. When I saw I could get 60 in a pack and the fact that they are 60 different ones, I was drooling! I had to have these but first I had to read the reviews. I never buy until I review because I've been burned when I didn't. These pens are a-ma-zing! I love them! The color is intense, the pens are soft and smooth on the paper and there are enough colors to keep me happy for years! My one complaint and it's a small one. The pens aren't marked so you know which ones are glitter and they don't have a color on them. However, because of how great they work, I can over look that but for next time...... Buy these pens. You won't be disappointed.

I received the ARTEZA CLASSIC GRL PENS today. The fill levels are very random and even half full. I used one to see the feel and I like it very much. Flows smooth and will be great.

I love these gel pens! Some gel pens don’t dry quickly, so you get smudges, sometimes the ink comes out too much, or you get a line through your ink as you color or write. These don’t do any of that. They dry quickly and no lines through you ink. The ink is very vibrant, I’m happy using brown now, because sometimes you get tan, not brown. In this pack you get regular gel pens, then, metallics, pastels, neons, glitter, and swirl. The swirl have different color inks in one pen, so when you color/write with it, it comes out in different colors, it’s pretty cool. A definite recommend. I will be buying again. They come in different size packs and I think 72 is the largest. They also have color pencils and markers.
