I’ve been taking for 4 days. The directions say to take one pill before a meal but not to exceed three pills a day. I started with one pill a day and on the fourth day I increased to two pills. I love it so far and do notice a difference in the amount I am able to eat, especially with taking two pills. I can eat a lot and don’t feel full.

Today I received my second purchase of this product. Needed to gain some weight due to illness and with this product I gained 9lbs within one month.100% recommended.

En mi opinión no me sirvió, desde la primera cápsula me dio dolor de estómago, inflamación y gases! Fue cómo si el estómago me iba a explotar me sentía llena, no me daba ni ganas de comer porque sentía sensación de pesadez y asta ganas de vomitar, esperé dos días y intenté nuevamente me tome otra pastilla, según las indicaciones que el frasco trae pero yo solo tomé una porque es primera vez que probaba algo así y me dio los mismo efectos. No entiendo porque? Mi frustración fue tanta que terminé tirando todas las cápsulas a la basura. Definitivamente una mala experiencia. Y lo peor de todo que se supone son naturales y están super caras.

You do not get that instant appetite you may be looking for but since using it I’ve been eating a little bit more.

I’m not sure if these pills worked for me. I didn’t really have much more of an appetite as the pills say I did, but that’s just my opinion it could work for others. Try at your own discretion.

My husband needs to gain a little weight due to him being out in the heat working so I bought these and he's up 10 pounds. Eats a great meal and dessert!!
