will this work on mercedes benz dash plastic around console ?

I have used it successfully with car bumper covers and motorcycle saddle bags. I'm pretty sure it will work on any plastic dash console.

You will need a different product that Plastex Plastic Repair Kits manufacturer called Plastex 3000.

Can it be used under water

Yes however You will need to make sure the part is clean and dry before you start your repair. Once the product has been completly cured or dried the repair will be just as strong if not stonger than it was before. It makes a great solution for repairing spas, jet skis etc. On a side note, you always want to make sure you keep the same thinkness as your original part.

Will this work on cracked plastic fenders on a 2000 silverado chevy truck?

It will work on anything plastic. I used it on plastic bodywork from my motorcycle. Filled in rashed up spots, repaired cracks even made made pieces where there was no plastic left. Stuff is amazing and easy to use. Be sure to do it in a well ventilated area cause it smells pretty bad lol.
